Pricing & Taxes
All product prices displayed on our website include all applicable U.S. sales taxes. The total amount shown at checkout is the final price you will pay, with no additional taxes, fees, or surcharges added after purchase.

Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details

  • Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We deliver all orders via standard ground shipping through our partner carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We select the most appropriate carrier based on your location and package requirements.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of $360.00 or more

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $25.00 applies to all orders with a subtotal of $359.99 or less

Delivery Timeframe
After your order leaves our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as occasional carrier delays may occur due to weather, volume, or other factors.

  4. In-transit delivery (3-5 business days)

Damaged Items Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If items arrive damaged in transit, contact us at info@decoinus.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will guide you through the resolution process according to our Return Policy.

Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us at info@decoinus.shop with your order number. We will initiate a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you or provide a full refund.
