Refund policy

Most of the products we sell are furniture items and are Final Sale for change-of-mind returns. This means that in most cases, furniture cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer’s remorse.
Please read the sections below carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they:
- Are unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, and labels
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)

Please note that certain categories, such as furniture and other items listed as “Final Sale” below, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Final Sale Items
The following categories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind:

  • Furniture

  • Artwork

  • Clearance items

  • Special offer items

  • Products marked "Final Sale"

Note: Final sale items damaged during delivery or found to be defective are eligible for return as described below.

The majority of products available on Decoinus are furniture and therefore fall under this Final Sale category for change-of-mind returns.

Return Scenarios & Processes

1. Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse) This section applies only to eligible, non-final-sale items

  • Timeframe: Within 30 days of delivery

  • Process: Contact customer service to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, no shipping charges will be deducted from your refund

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Timeframe: Within 30 days of delivery (contact within 48 hours of delivery for items damaged in transit)

  • Process: Contact us at info@decoinus.shop with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. After verification, you may choose between a full refund (including all shipping costs) or a replacement

  • Shipping Responsibility: We cover all shipping costs (return shipping and outbound shipping for replacements)

3. Lost in Transit

  • Timeframe: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us immediately

  • Process: We will initiate a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund

  • Shipping Responsibility: We cover all associated costs

4. Order Cancellation

  • Timeframe: Before your order ships

  • Process: Contact customer service. If the order has not shipped, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@decoinus.shop within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and a detailed reason for the return

  3. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions

  4. For shipped returns, mail items to the address below using a trackable shipping service with USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving returned items. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Change of mind returns: Refund of item price only (see shipping responsibility above)

  • Damaged/defective items: Full refund including all shipping costs

  • Lost packages: Full refund or replacement

  • Order cancellations: Full refund
